This umbrella has been rusting in the HSBC parking lot since the summer. It has been a rather boring umbrellacide, but with our December snowfall, it became a little more picturesque.

From the ATM vestibule at HSBC on the corner of 8th Avenue and 34th Street on a rainy, wind-swept June day. The man whose head appears between the "a" and the "n" of the bank in the window has just experienced maximum umbrella blow-out. I saw it coming so I had the camera ready.
